How do I upload HOA Documents using the Mobile App?

You can upload documents for your resident’s to access using the Mobile App!

Step One: Click on “Manage Documents” 🗄

The Documents Section in the Manager Section of the Mobile App is located at the bottom of the Home Screen.

Step Two: Click on the Plus Sign➕

After selecting the HOA you wish to upload a document for, click on the plus sign in the top right corner.

Step Three: Select a File 🗂

Click on “Select File” to navigate to the file you wish to upload.

Step Four: Review & Upload ⬆️

After confirming the selected document, click on “Upload”

Step Five: That’s It! 🥳

After uploading the desired document, residents who have signed up for your HOA will be able to review the uploaded document using the Mobile App.

Managers can also upload documents using the HOA Messenger Web App. For an explanation of how to do that click HERE!
