Resetting your Password is similar for both Resident and Manager Profiles and can be done using either the HOA Messenger Mobile App or the Web Dashboard/Portal.
Follow the instructions below to reset your HOA Messenger Log-in Password:
To reset your password, Navigate to the Log-in Screen on either the HOA Messenger Mobile app or the Web Dashboard/Portal, click on “Forgot your password”. Below is what it looks like when using the mobile app.
Below is what it looks like when using the Web Portal.
Then on the next screen/pop-up, tap "Reset Password" (Mobile App) or "Continue" (Web Portal). Once you have completed this process, you will receive an email with a change password link that you can use to create and confirm a new profile password that can be used going forward.
