Adding Resident Mailing Addresses

This guide explains how an administrator/manager can add mailing addresses that may be different from the onsite property address.

How to Set Different Onsite and Mailing Addresses (Using the Manager Web Portal)

To maintain separate addresses for a resident:

  1. Navigate to People > Residents in the left navigation menu

  2. Locate the resident in the list and click the blue Edit button in the Action column

  3. Update the Onsite Street Address section with the physical property address

  4. Check the box that says "Use Mailing Address for official communications"

  5. The Mailing Address section will now be editable separately

  6. Enter the different mailing address information in the fields provided

  7. Click Save Resident Profile to apply your changes

After saving, you'll see the different mailing address displayed in the resident listing under the "Mailing Address" column.

Changing an Existing Mailing Address

If a resident already has a separate mailing address and you need to update it:

  1. Follow the steps above to access the resident's profile

  2. Verify the "Use Mailing Address for official communications" box is checked

  3. Edit the information in the Mailing Address section

  4. Click Save Resident Profile
