HOA Messenger's Accounting Software allows you to create a custom Chart of Accounts for the HOA's you manage. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to set up your a custom Chart of Accounts for your HOA.

Confirm the Account Category you want to Edit
Click “Add Account” under the desired Account Section.
The Accounting Software provides a generic chart of accounts, but if you need more specific Accounts to categorize your HOA’s transactions you can add or edit new accounts.
Give your Account a relevant name & click "Add Account"
