How does a Manager send an individual message to a HOA Resident using the Mobile App?

This article explains how to use your Manager profile on the mobile app to send an individual message to a resident in a specific HOA.

Tap on the “+” icon

On the Mobile Home Screen of your manager profile, tap on the "+" icon.

Then tap on the "Resident" icon

A pop-up will show with the following options and you'll tap on the "Resident" icon.

Then Select a Resident

After you choose the HOA, select the resident who you want to send a message to.


Then Input your message info & click “send”

Enter your message information and click “Send”. You may also attach a picture or pdf. Document by clicking on the “+” symbol on the bottom left.
