To send a message using HOA Messenger's Desktop/Web application, navigate to the "Messaging" section and get started by either clicking on "Start new conversation" or by clicking on the circular pencil icon.
Next you'll be able to select the type of message you want to send and to whom you want to send it to. The recipient options for direct messages include individual HOA Residents, Vendors, or Co-Managers.
