HOA Accounting Software - How to manually create a new journal entry?

HOA Messenger automate many of the required journal entries but also allows you to create entries manually.


  1. Click "New Journal Entry"


2. Confirm a Posting Date


3. Select Accounts


4. Confirm Accounts & Debit / Credit Values


5. Give your Journal Entries a Description


6. View your entries in the Journal Section
