You can use any method of promoting HOA Messenger you wish. However, there are three (3) methods of communication we offer to help you spread the words about your HOA's use of HOA Messenger. Those methods are described below:
Send email invites?
From the web application's manager dashboard, click on "Email"
Select the HOA that you wish to send an invite for
HOA Messenger can send invitations on your behalf via email. Below are instructions on how to send invitations to join HOA Messenger via email:
Enter emails or paste bulk emails from CSV file
Click "Send Invites"
Send text message invites
HOA Messenger can send invitations on your behalf via SMS Text Messages. Below are instructions on how to send invitations to join HOA Messenger via SMS Text Message:
From the web application's manager dashboard, click on "Text Message"
Select the HOA you wish to send an invite for
Input Name and Cell Phone number
Click "Send invites"
Send invitations in the mail
HOA Messenger can send invitations on your behalf via USPS. Click HERE to review an example of the invitation that would be mailed to the members you input mailing details for. Below are instructions on how to send invitations to join HOA Messenger via USPS:
From the web application's manager dashboard, click "Letters"
Select the HOA you wish to send invites to
Input Mailing Details
Enter or paste the mailing address for the HOA members you would like us to send invitations to.
Click "Send Invites"
Once you click "Send invites", invitations will be mailed out within 72 hours. Delivery times are dependent on the USPS delivery schedule and can vary.
Invite FAQs
What does the invite look like on the resident's end? When you send out an invite to residents, the invitation includes direction on how to download the HOA Messenger Mobile App app and sign up as a resident.
Does it cost anything to send resident/vendor invites via SMS or Email? No, sending SMS or email invites to residents/vendors is free.
