What can the Group Messaging Feature be used for?
Create Group Message threads focused on specific topics. This feature ensures that discussions are targeted towards the decision makers involved, where quick and convenient participation can occur, and where sensitive topics can remain confidential. As a Manager, How do I Start a New Group Message
Step One: Log-in to your Manager Profile on the Web Application, navigate to the Resident Section, select the resident you want to add to a specific group, then create or add a "tag" with the preferred group name.
Step Two: Click on the "New Message" icon
Step Three: Click on "Tagged Groups"
Step Four: Select the group you want to send a message to
Step Five: Type & send the preferred message or upload documents as needed
How does a Resident Respond to a group message?
Step One: The group message can be accessed by residents tagged in a group by logging into their resident profiles via the mobile app and navigating to the "recent messages" section.
Step Two: Each resident tagged in a group can review the thread and respond to the group chat as needed
Managers / Administrators are able to organize, view, and respond to each each group thread from the Messaging Section.
