How do I join a HOA as a Co-Manager using the Mobile App?

What is a Co-Manager in HOA Messenger?

A Co-Manager is an administrative user who has been granted access to help manage your HOA's profile and perform administrative functions. Unlike the primary Owner account that created the HOA profile, Co-Managers are additional administrators who can be added or removed as needed.

What permissions do Co-Managers have?

Co-Managers have full administrative access to the HOA account.

What's the difference between a the Primary Manager Profile (Owner) and a Co-Manager?

The Owner is the primary administrator who initially created the HOA profile. Only the Owner can add or remove Co-Managers. Both Owners and Co-Managers have administrative access, but the Owner has ultimate control over who has administrative privileges.

Once you have created a Manager profile in the HOA Mobile App, Select “My Profile” from the main menu, then select “Manage Associations”, then select “Join Existing HOA”. Then enter the HOA code for the HOA you would like to Join. If you do not know the code you will need to obtain it from a manager currently assigned to the specific HOA you would like to join on the App.
