Can this software be used to have residents vote on different projects? A: While HOA Messenger can be used to send out requests for input or links to a survey from services like Google Forms or Survey Monkey, HOA Messenger does not offer stand alone survey feature that aggregates data for you.
Is there a way to schedule a time/date for a message to be sent? A: No, messages can not be scheduled to be sent at a later time. Messages have to be sent at the same time you draft them.
Why are some of my messages hidden? A: If you are on the Free Plan, message visibility is limited to 90 days. If you want visibility to messages, violations, or jobs older than 90 days then you will need to upgrade to the Premium Plan.
