Billing Statement Announcement Implementation Steps
Navigate to Accounting → Income
Change the dropdown from Owners/Members to Assessments
Click Edit next to the assessment (e.g., HOA Dues)
If you have not yet created an assessment, you can review how to create one HERE.
Type your message in the Announcements text box
Click Save (blue button at bottom right)
Billing Statement Announcement Notes & tips
The announcement appears on ALL statements for that assessment
Example shown: "Note that resident payments will only be accepted electronically through the HOA Messenger Resident Portal."
Check the FY (fiscal year) dropdown before saving
Use the "Edit Payment Remittance Address" button for payment address changes

Issue: Announcement not showing on statement → Fix: Verify you clicked Save, check correct FY selected, regenerate the statement
