The HOA Amenity Scheduling Software provides Managers with a dashboard used to track of all the reservations that have been scheduled for a particular amenity. Whether you need to track reservations scheduled for a single HOA Amenity or hundreds, HOA Messenger has you covered.


How do I view/edit a HOA Amenity’s pre-set scheduling details or access an Amenity’s Reservation Calendar?

After logging in to your Manager Profile via the Manager Web Dashboard/Portal, navigate to the Amenities section by clicking on “Amenities” in the top menu, then confirm the HOA where Amenities you want to review are located. From this screen you can either edit an Amenity’s scheduling details or view its current reservations by clicking on “View Calendar” next to the name of the applicable Amenity.

How do I Edit the Scheduling details of a particular HOA Amenity or delete an Amenity from the platform?

After logging in to your Manager Profile via the Manager Web Dashboard/Portal, navigate to the Amenities section by clicking on “Amenities” in the top menu, you can edit the scheduling details of a HOA Amenity by clicking “Edit” next to the applicable Amenity. A pop-up with the Amenity Scheduling details will appear and where you can adjust as needed; after making the desired changes make sure that you click “Save”. Also, if you no longer need to schedule reservations for a particular HOA Amenity, then you can delete the amenity using this same form by clicking “Delete”.

As a Manager, How do I Review Resident Reservations?

After logging in to your Manager Profile via the Manager Web Dashboard/Portal, navigate to the Amenities section by clicking on “Amenities” in the top menu, you can view a the reservation details for a particular HOA Amenity by clicking “View Calendar” next to the applicable Amenity. A calendar view will be provided on the next page and each resident reservation for the selected HOA Amenity will be indicated on the specified date with the name of the person who made the reservation; click on the resident name to review the specific reservation’s details.

As a Manager, how do I make an Amenity Reservation on behalf a Resident who is unable to make a reservation via their Resident Profile?

After logging in to your Manager Profile via the Manager Web Dashboard/Portal, navigate to the Amenities section by clicking on “Amenities” in the top menu, then click “View Calendar” next to the applicable Amenity. After that you’ll be sent to the Amenity’s Calendar view where you can click on the date that you want to need to make an Amenity Reservation on behalf of a Resident who is unable to make a reservation via their Resident Profile. Next, select the resident whom you would like to schedule a reservation for, then confirm the reservation date, then confirm an available time slot and the number of people the reservation is for. Once this processed is followed click on “Book Slot” to confirm the reservation. Remember, HOA Amenities are booked in one (1) hour increments, so if you need to book an amenity for two (2) hours, then you’ll need to make two separate one hour reservations.

As a Manager, what if the Resident I’m making an Amenity Reservation for is not shown on the Amenity’s List of available Residents?

As a Manager, if the Resident you are making an Amenity Reservation for is not shown on the Amenity’s list of available residents, then click “Add Guest” and input the person’s name and email address. Once this process is complete you can continue with confirming the necessary reservation date, time slot, and number of people.
