With the Mail Feature HOA Messenger can send mail on your HOA’s behalf through the USPS.

You can also schedule Zoom call πŸ‘©β€πŸ’»or a phone call πŸ“ž with a member of our team to clarify any additional questions you have.

Select β€œSend Mail” πŸ“¬

After clicking on "Mail" in the top menu select "Send Mail".

Confirm HOA & Give Mail Piece a Name πŸ“‡

Confirm the correct HOA is selected in the dropdown, then give your mail piece a Simple but unique name that describes the information contained in your mailer, then click on the "Next" button.

Select Recipient(s) & Confirm Return Address βœ…

Select the people you would like to send your mail to. You can send mail to a single resident in a HOA, all residents in a HOA, or to a custom address. If you have not yet had any owners sign up for HOA Messenger and have not added any owners manually, here’s how.

Upload a pdf. of the Document you want to Mail πŸ“‘

Upload a pdf document that contains all of the information you will need to mail. The pdf. document will be printed and mailed as is so make sure that all of the information is correct. After uploading the pdf. you will be able to review the uploaded document to double check its correctness by clicking on the "View PDF Document" link.

Add Funds (If Necessary) πŸ’²

If the cost of printing and mailing your uploaded document exceeds the existing balance currently in your Funds Balance, you will need to add more funds in order to continue on to the next step. Here's how to add more funds to your profile.

Select and Confirm Your Printing Preferences πŸ–¨

Select whether you want the document to be single-sided, double-sided, or in black & white or color. The Total number of pages, type of envelope, and total cost will automatically adjust to accommodate the chosen settings. Once this step is complete and you have verified the submitted information is correct, select "Confirm".

Final Confirmation πŸ‘Œ

If you would like HOA Messenger to mail the uploaded document to the selected residents/owners, click "OK".

Monitor the Progress of your Mailing request 🎯

Once you have confirmed your mailer, it will be mailed out within 72 hours and you can monitor its progress. In addition, you will be updated when your mailer is received, when it's scheduled for mailing, and when it's mailed.
