Create Document Folders

Easily create document folders and manage viewing permissions for each file so that you can organize documents in a more comprehensive manner and ensure sensitive information is accessed only by authorized individuals. Learn how to create folders HERE.


Hide Certain Features from Resident View

Remove unused features from the resident mobile app to simplify the interface and enhance the user experience for you and your clients. For example, if a specific HOA does not have amenities, then you can hide the Amenities feature from appearing on their mobile app. CLICK HERE to learn how to hide certain features from Resident view.


Lower Homeowner Electronic Payment Transaction Fees

Homeowners for HOAs that are subscribed to the Premium plan will benefit from a lower HOA Payment transaction fee. For ACH Transactions the cost is $1.00 + 1%, and for credit card transactions the cost is $1.50 + 3.5%.


Customized Violation Letter Templates

Premium subscribers are able to create customizable violation letter templates, offering even more flexibility for HOA administrators who may need to send out violation notices that can be tailored to the unique unique needs of a specific HOA.

Intelligent Auto-Reply

HOA Messenger's Intelligent Auto-Reply feature is powered by OpenAI's ChatGPT Large Language Model, which allows HOAs to respond to resident inquiries automatically with dynamically tailored responses. This means less time spent on manual correspondence for your most frequently asked questions, and more time focusing on other tasks that require your attention. Intelligent Auto-Response not only reduces your workload, but also enhances resident satisfaction with prompt, personalized replies.


Resident Portal Accesible via Web Dashboard

Homeowners for HOAs subscribed to the Premium Plan will benefit from the ability to log into their Resident Portals via the Resident Web Dashboard rather than being limited to access via the Mobile App.


Management Co. Plan

The "Management Co." plan, designed specifically for companies managing multiple HOAs, provides access to all Premium features for an unlimited number of HOAs. This plan streamlines your processes and makes it easier than ever to manage your properties. Opt for the Management Co. plan at $399 per month with a month-to-month commitment or $299 per month with a year-long commitment, offering flexibility and significant savings.


How do you Sign-up for the Premium Plan?

After creating your Free Manager Profile, sign-up for the Premium Plan by navigating to the "Accounting" section of the Web Dashboard and clicking on "Start your 30 day Free Trial" underneath the list of Premium plan features.

Gain access to HOA Messenger's Premium Features After you enter your credit card information, select the preferred billing cycle, and click subscribe.

  • Q: Can I start a Free Trial of the Premium Plan without a Credit Card? A: No, a credit card is required to be on file to start a 30 day Free Trial of the Premium Plan. However, your card will not be charged until the 30 day Free Trial ends and you can cancel at any time prior to the trial ending to avoid being charged.

  • Q: How much does the Premium Subscription Cost? A: After the 30 day free Trial, the Premium subscription costs $25 per month on a month-to-month basis, or $240.00 if you subscribe for the entire year (20% savings).

  • Q: Does HOA Messenger have a survey or voting feature that can be used to send out community polls? on a specific topic? A: HOA Messenger does not currently offer a voting/survey feature. However, if you need this type of product we recommend you check out Google Forms (https://www.google.com/forms/about/). Google Forms is a free survey tool developed by Google and allows you to create a a variety of different types of surveys, which you could then generate a link to and send to members via HOA Messenger.
